Ordering & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?
All artwork ships from Spain. I offer worldwide shipping on most items.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but within the EU it usually takes 5–10 business days, and outside the EU may take 10–21 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom artwork and digital downloads are not eligible for returns.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Q: Are colors exactly as shown on the website?
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or device. I do my best to photograph and describe each piece accurately.
Q: What are the paint splatters or irregularities I see?
Splatters, drips, and texture are intentional elements of my process and are not considered defects—they’re what make each piece unique.
Q: Are the artworks framed?
Unless stated otherwise, artworks are sold unframed. I recommend framing to best protect and present your new piece.
Q: Do pieces come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All original artworks come with a signed certificate of authenticity.
Custom & Commissioned Work
Q: Do you accept custom commissions?
Yes, I occasionally accept commissions depending on availability. Please reach out via the contact page with your idea, size, and budget.
